Why KPPP Feels Different — Session-Based Pages
KPPP (https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in / https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in) uses live session pages rather than simple URL links. Every page you open carries its own session state — click the Back button, open a second tab, or leave the page idle too long, and you’ll hit ViewExpiredException (the page has expired) and have to log in again. That’s the #1 thing new bidders trip over.
Rule of thumb: one tab, one session, finish in one sitting.
Steps — Keep One Tab, One Session
- Register:
eproc.karnataka.gov.in → Supplier Registration→ PAN/GSTIN → mobile OTP → DSC Class-3 mapping (Primary User). KPPP vendor code isKAR12345— note it. - Find: Bid Bharat → state Karnataka → open any tender → click through to download the NIT on KPPP.
- Submit: Download NIT + BOQ → fill BOQ (yellow rate cells, save as
.xls) → upload Technical + BOQ → DSC sign →Submit. Don’t open two KPPP tabs — session pages are per-tab; the second tab expires the first.
Common Fix — ViewExpiredException
ViewExpiredException → close all KPPP tabs, clear cookies (Ctrl+Shift+Delete → Cookies), log in fresh in one tab, don’t use browser Back button, complete bid in one session. If you must use two tabs, login separately in Incognito.
