Refund Policy

Searching, filtering and exporting tenders remains free forever. No refund is applicable to free access because no payment is collected.

KVAL is a subscription-based bid-intelligence service. The applicable plan, price and billing cycle are shown before you subscribe. This policy applies to paid subscriptions once they become available.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Service failure within warranty. If the service is materially unavailable through no fault of yours, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges. We will refund any amount charged in error or paid twice.
• Early cancellation (first 14 days). For new subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the amount paid, provided no analysis reports were consumed.

Refunds are not available where:

• The analysis service was used and reports were delivered.
• Cancellation occurs after the 14-day period for partially consumed periods.
• You no longer need the service, or chose not to use it.
• Early-access or trial evaluation stage, before the paid service is formally released.

Send a refund request to [email protected] with your name, the email used for the subscription, the plan, and the reason. Include "Refund" in the subject line. We aim to process requests within 15 working days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We may update this policy when paid services are introduced. Any change affecting your existing subscription will be communicated to you in advance.
